This peculiar vase is made by maestro Romano Donà, who entered the kiln business at an early age. From 2003 Romano began experimenting with the traditional Muranese techniques of filigrana and incalmo making the use of these centuries-old processes look entirely new. The 3 Supi Vase is an expression of his creativity and innovation.
To create this three vases created he uses a mix of technique as ambar sbruffi and a blue canna technique. Then united together in a unique crystal element with the sommerso technique, including air bubbles.The procedure is similar to the one used for Murano glass aquariums.
The colors yellow and blue and it's modern shape is definitly a art work to show-off in any space.
